That's quite an inaccurate assumption. We all come to the forums on our own time to help out -- not because posting here is a required part of our job (it isn't), but because we genuinely want to help out. You're never going to have much luck getting help here if your approach is to be rude and unreasonable.

I understand that you're not satisfied with the service at this point, but you have to be respectful if you want other people to respect you.

With that said, I'm looking into the mod_sec rules in this server. I'll let you know if I find what's causing you to get blocked.

I was wrong I admited it already. But I should never be called stupid by a staffer. Your customer service sucks.

It doesn't really help that you insulted someone who was trying to help you. You called him stupid first which was a stupid thing to do. He asked a simple question which didn't require such a rude answer. It was wrong to call you stupid as well, but you reap what you sow.

Nope I don't think its fair to call a staffer stupid. But i'm the customer. The customer is supposed to be always right. I know you guys are all Surpass fanboys but what would you do if another company called you stupid just because you did the same to them???

You wouldn't care what you had said to them, only what they told you.

personally I've been hoping people will get over "the customer is always right". because they aren't. they are rarely right, and sometimes they need to be told it.
