Can't Open A Ticket In Support
This sucks, I love Surpass but I have no other way of getting support besides posting here since I can't open a ticket.
Here is the content of my ticket: Hello, I signed up as part of "The One Love" Sale last Valentines day. My billing date is approaching and I love Surpass so far. I am interested in remaining a Surpass Hosting customer but I have no need for the current amount of space/bandwidth. Is it possible to change my plan and remain a continuing customer? If you check my account I have never gone ANYWHERE near my limits and am interested in downgrading my plan to: Power Plan $6 dollars/month.Thanks, Chris. When I try to open a ticket I get this: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.37 Server at desk.surpasshosting.com Port 443 |

hmmm....that is strange. I haven't heard of any other issues with the Helpdesk showing a forbidden error. Can you shoot me your domain name as well as the email address that you're attempting to use to access the helpdesk and I can see what I can do to further assist you. Ill Wait for your reply.

Wow... all day... no response... no resolution. Guess there really isn't 24/7 support seeing as I can't open a ticket on your support desk. I tried e-mailing support
surpasshosting.com but it told me to open a ticket on your support desk (which I can't).I guess i'll just wait until someone decides to get back to me. |

Just tried to submit a ticket AGAIN! And guess what???

Sorry I missed this thread.
I have opened a ticket for you to your e-mail address. The ticket ID is MRP-824235. Since you can't get in the ticket system, please just reply to the ticket with your request and I will get it taken care of as soon as possible. I am also sending a message to our staff to see if someone can figure out what's going on.

Dan thanks for your response. I can access the ticket system fine (i'm looking at the one you opened now). I only get the error when I try to create a ticket.
