Unable to log onto Support
I have a different issue where I don't remember the password I used to set up my domain. With that said, I have since tried the "Send me my password".. From the Login link I never get an email even though it states it will send it. I have tried 4 times over the span of 3 days. I then try to log onto the Helpdesk page. I request a password reminder, and it sends it to me. I try it, it says my email or password is incorrect. This usually wouldnt be a problem, except I need to renew my domain registration/Hosting. This needs to be done by the 1st. Is there a way I can at least log on and take care of this? Thanks.

Just submit a ticket on the help desk without logging in. Ignore all the login boxes on the left.
You will get an email when you submit the ticket that should help you track it.

Also, you could always re-register with a new email and password, but provide this information when submitting the ticket for your hosting, so that support may be able to manually send you your password. =)
