Muy issues? - site goes down often

Hi guys, my site on the Muy server has gone down repeatedly over the last couple months. It went down in early December due to outside issues, and seems to experience the same kind of issues sporadically. also however, there are times where it simply won't load up at all. this happens at least a few times a week, and normally it comes back up within 20-30 minutes, so i've just let it go, but now i'm starting to get a lot of complaints from my members.

any ideas whats up with the server? i know its one of the older ones, but hopefully this is something that can be resolved.

(btw its down right now. i know it'll come back up eventually but an answer of "its back up" is quite inadequate considering how often this happens now)

If its the site in your sig, then it is back up, but I would advise submitting a ticket to support and asking them why this is happening and if there is any way to resolve the issue.

odd, its down for me. on both firefox and ie
down for a friend as well (in FL), but up for another (in CA, where i am as well)

It's working fine for me in Firefox. Maybe you have to clear your cache or make sure your internet connection is good?

yup same thing

my internet seems fine. i'm currently at 30mb/s down and 60mb/s up.
its up for a friend of mine at UPS corp. but down for another at home in FL

Hmm, that is strange? I just checked the page again, with www. at the front is doesn't work for me, but then when I take it off, it works fine? Have you tried this....although it should work for both...
