Nameservers pointing wrong?

After changing my nameservers and letting it take affect, I've realized that something was not right. My domain correctly points to my main directory and picks up the index.php, however, I have 3 sub-folders in which one cannot be accessed. I have forum, ceres and wp. The latter for some reason, will not work. Here, I'll show you:

ChaosRO (Powered by Invision Power Board)
ChaosRO Control Panel - Ceres Control Panel (SVN)
http://www.woc-ro.com/wp

When clicking the third link, the url changes and the page won't load. In the wp folder I have wordpress installed, and I can successfully view the page by going to: Chaos | Ragnarok Online

That is odd. I took a look and wasn't able to find out the direct cause of this. Would you mind sending a ticket to Support to see if they can check it out? They should definitely be able to fix it for you.

Hello Shaun,

It seems that there is something configuration level change on the server end. Please check the permissions [R/W/E] of user/group access from the shell access.

Thanks,
