Unhappy [Resolved] surmunity.com up and down

Down more than up. Hard to get updates.

UPDATES? PLEASE?

If we have something we can at least tell our customers, alot of heat would be lifted.

Yes we've read it and were directed to continue posting here if still experiencing problems, and we are so we did.

It will help though if you would keep it with just YOUR servers that are down. I'm sure they are quite aware that Surmunity is up and down as they have to come here to check the threads in this forum.

I've read it but it is now 2 hours later and no update to that thread. First all the problems with PASS61, which by the way is also down now, and now this. It sure would be nice to have an occasional update to that thread... as well as access to the surmunity sever instead of all the time outs which will probably kill this post. Why not use a mass mail to the customers letting them know what is going on? What is the purpose of the contact email address we must provide if it isn't used for emergencies like this?

you know, it's funny you mention that...

Got shot down.

I didn't know anything was down until i checked the message board this afternoon at work... I check my e-mail every hour though. It would've been nice for the heads up instead of finding out here hours later. But whatever.

Our Announcements forum can be subscribed to - instant email alerts. That's what it's there for But if no one subscribes then they won't get the emails.

Surmunity is still up and down I think it is still database related. It has not made my job any easier today.. or yours. I am sorry about that.
