All I can get out of support from my trouble tickets each time this has happened is they rebooted the server and/or banned some IP addresses. Anyone have any further information?

We have had trouble on sh96
Hey snake, Don here. Our site has been up and down for days, mainly webmail. I assume that it is the same DoS that you have been seeing. That is right, isn't it? I look on cpanel (when it loads) and it says sh96. is there any way to independently confirm that?

Let's see, your nameservers are: NS1014.DIZINC.COM = 72.29.87.118 NS1015.DIZINC.COM = 72.29.87.119 SH96 is ... 72.29.87.117 That is probably correct. You should put in a trouble ticket. http://desk.surpasshosting.com

Hey cool thanks Jared. The websites are coming back online as I type. I don't mind the downtime as long as someone can fix something so the slowness won't return again and again.
