Spike network has been playing SW reruns for two months now.

And yes, Snake, you did recommend Surpass. It has worked flawlessly for more that two years now, so you will hear no complaints from me. It will all sort itself out soon enough.

We are probably lucky there haven't been any bigger interruptions of service. Have you seen the datawarehouses in tornado alley? I guess land is cheep in Kansas.

I have none. Perhaps they are secret government facilities, but the locals claim that the big warehouses in the middle of old farmland are full of computer stuff.

Support says that they are monitoring the server, but judging from the changes is response levels from my sites, I would have to guess that they are doing more than just monitoring. Early this morning the sites were completely not found. Then the main sites were up with /webmail and /cpanel not found. Now /webmail returns an "Internal Server Error" message. I take all of these as a sign of progress.

Ah yes, thank you. I'm on SH96 as well and have been having the same problems for the past few days (I was just about to start a thread regarding the problems). I'm glad to see that it's being looked into.

Jared posted on the SH96 status thread that they were working on the root partition. He hasn't given an update recently. Perhaps they have identified the problem. My page has been up for a few hours now, but webmail and cpanel are still out.
