sh114:unchain.us - Unable to download.

I've got a bit of an interesting issue that has even me boggled.
Currently, on my site, I have a bzip'd tarball sitting in a public directory, waiting for me to download.

If I attempt to download to my local machine, which I'd prefer to not do, the file download starts, finishes, and goes on its merry way.

However, if I attempt to download via wget, curl, elinks, lynx from my other host, I get errors like this:

To make sure it wasn't a misconfiguration on my other shell's end, I used it to download a series of files from various other servers:

I had noticed this a while back with my phone's browser choking on (very small) files served as well, but I only focused on it now, since I'm really needing to move files around quickly.

I know it's not just file size that's the issue. It hates a lot of files.

Anyone have any idea where to take this?
