If a Mod sees this...can they check out Ticket ID: IIC-999932?? It's been almost 40 mins since my account has been down...email, FTP, 30+ sites and no one has gotten back with me...

Hey the same for me, but since yesterday, whats wrong guys. I had made about 9 post since yesterday via helpesk and two post this way on Reseller concern, i just received "we will be monitoring"....

Agreed. I even asked to switch servers...they told me all the problems SHOULD be taken care of...umm...NOPE. LOL I'm sitting here at the edge of my seat just waiting for the account to go down again...that's how positive I am about Surpasses concerns over this issue.

ONCE AND AGAIN, SERVER DOWN
GUYS! Excuse me for the lots of post i had made but right now we cant send mails again, clients start to call us. I had post since 8:30 on the morning and no one had checked this. What do we have to made you guys to fix the problem.
I had been posting since yesterday. The server overloads once and again and right now we cant enter to the cpanel nor send or receive emails. Is frustating this situation, iŽll have to start looking for other hosting service or what?? Is just about last friday we had a big problem, would you guarantee us the service Kayla promised??? Just let us know. Very angry, Karim R. |

Agreed...it looks like my sites and FTP are back up, however I know I lost emails because I was in talks with a Sales Rep at Surpass to change packages and I have YET to receive his email that I'm supposed to reply to to CHANGE packages. What's the deal Surpass?? I can't be losing emails as well as my client's emails... And I have YET to have someone reply to ANY tickets I submitted...so obviously that's a lose-lose situation, isn't it?

I have disabled an abusive account on the server. This should all but eliminate the issues you've been having. Please post back if you run into any other problems...
