Slowness on Pass30?
Every since all the issues on the outage a few wks ago, Pass30 has been rather slow for me...CPanel, email, FTP, browsing, etc. I was hoping it'd get better, but it hasn't so I thought I would see what's going on.

Now it looks like Pass30 just went to crap...any ideas when I will have my sites, FTP, and emails back...AGAIN???
This is starting to become a weekly event for me and my clients on Pass30...is there any way for me to switch servers?? I'm kind of getting sick of this. Last edited by Shebang; June 2nd, 2008 at 4:47 PM.. |

Well my stuff is back, however, is there a reason why Pass30 isn't listed on Surpass' Server Status:

OK...is someone going to help me or no? Pass30 is down AGAIN..
WHO do I need to contact about switching servers?? I thought these Forums were for posting issues and stuff...I've been posting ALL day an no one has replied from Surpass...what is the DEAL? |

I'd suggest changing your email address that is associated with the ticket system to one that is not hosted with Surpass, such as the one you should have from your ISP so that when the server or email services goes down, this email address is still functional.
In any event, you can always check the status and reply to a ticket via the helpdesk website if need be. That is the official place to let support know that something is up. If you do have a ticket submitted, I'd post the ticket ID here so in the event someone from Surpass reads this thread they can look into the ticket.

Mark, I understand...however, obviously there are still issues on the Pass30 Server because it hasn't be secure all day. It will randomly go down. I was informed that if I post here, someone would get back with me however no one has...
I need to talk to someone about switching servers...and I'm HOPING someone will help me. |

These are more of user-to-user support forums. the way to get official support is the help desk. Make sure you have a ticket in there, and make sure you use an off-site email address (such as Gmail).
For moving servers you just need to file a ticket as well. If you have any open tickets, please post the ticket ID's here so if a staff member sees them here they can check into them.

OK I've been talking with Surpass through tickets...is anyone else on Pass30 having issues AGAIN?? The last 2-3 days every few hrs I cannot get email, FTP, or even my 30+ clients websites to show up. Am I the ONLY one having issues here??
