Don't bump tickets, that only sends it to the end of the queue. That's how the software is designed. If you've got your ticket in they'll answer it. Also if your ticket is in with sales they work different hours than technical support (which is 24/7)

Your ticket is open with Sales, not Support. Replies from the sales department generally take a bit longer, especially since our site is under construction at the moment.

This was a sales issue as well. The ticket was moved to sales at 6:30AM, and you received a response at around 10:20AM.
This is acceptable given our sales department's hours: 24x7 Fast, Reliable Support by Surpass Hosting
