Transferring files from one domain to another
My site is expiring in September and I am not going to renew it.
My sub domain hostees still want to remain hosted by me so I was wondering if it was possible for the Surpass stuff to back up the files and transfer to my other site kissablespace.com (I'll create the subdomains first). Kissablespace.com is also hosted on Surpass. The reason why i'm asking about this is because I don't know how to backup files.  If it could be done then thank you! I'll submit a ticket sometime in August. XD

Just send a ticket into support, they will take care of it for you! Don't make the subdomains, when they restore the backups, it will happen automatically.
You might have to make the backups yourself via cPanel and then have them transfer it. Otherwise, they charge a very small fee. But definitely worth it than doing it yourself! I've had it done a few time actually! |
