Can't Upload? (sh128)
I've having an issue with uploading any content onto my site. I've tried using the upload feature of the cPanel File Manager as well as simple console FTP. The File Manage just sits with the progress bar at 0% and FTP never gets beyond "Connecting to port 5001..."
Any ideas? I'm at a loss. Everything else seems to be working fine. Pages load, albeit perhaps a little slow, and no issues with php, etc. www.wisesigns.com |

hmm...strange and you've been able to connect fine before, right?
I would submit a ticket to support about this. http://desk.surpasshosting.com/ |

Just tried again. My other site on sh128 is also crawling. cPanel is slow and for some reason the File Manager has a different layout. Maybe I'm just losing my marbles. I'll give it a few before I open a ticket.

the domain you posted above, loads up fast for me. I know there are two versions for the File Manager within your cPanel, don't know if you might have clicked one version and then the other and noticed the difference.

You know, there's nothing worse than compounding a problem with another problem. I think you're right, I probably opened the Legacy File Manager by mistake while rushing to try to upload once more before lunch. cPanel is currently loading so slow it's unusable. I'm certain this isn't just me being silly, it's time to open a ticket. Thanks for the help, Rox.
