How do I ensure that surpass does NOT charge my card again? I don't want to renew the hosting at all. Thanks.

You can submit a ticket to the help desk asking for your account to be canceled before it expires. May I ask why you will not be renewing your hosting, of course you don't have to answer if you do not like to. =)
