Account suspended and unable to sign up to support centre!

Hi all. Posting this hoping surpass tech support sees it. My account has been suspended meaning I cant recieve any emails at all, plus when i try to sign up to the support centre with a different email address I get told that the image verification id is wrong - but none is displayed nor is there no-where to enter it!

You do not have to register in order to submit a ticket. =)

I managed to submit a ticket a while back but how is anyone going to reply to it? There still seems to be something wrong with the signup tho

I have just tested it out myself and was able to create a new account with no problem? Is it possible for you to take a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Also when you submit a ticket without registering, you are asked to add your email. With that email, support can reply to it.
