I've put in a ticket, but this problem is getting really old. It's the third time it's happened in a few weeks and I can't seem to work out what the problem is.

Basically, my isp is blocked for multiple failed log ins. Thing is, I haven't been logging in over and over again. Usually, I've only logged in once, using Netscape to get my email. It doesn't work that once, and then that's it, isp locked out. I can't get my email or ftp to my site until I ask support to unlock it.

It must be getting as annoying for support as it is for me. Is there any reason why this is happening? I asked support this before but though they unlocke dmy isp, they didn't answer my question. So does anyone here know why? To be honest, I'm about ready to move this domain elserwhere. I have other accounts here (as you can see in my sig) but they don't have this problem, just fanatique.co.uk. Is it because it's the most-used of my domains, as it's a fanlisting collective? Am I being attacked in some way? Or is it just that the server is a beatch?

Please help! Oh, and thanks to support for helping over and over again.

Edit: Of course, as soon as I posted, it was all right! Sorry guys. But it looked just like the last time and the time before that. I think I'll just go and have a quiet nervous breakdown now.

I will check the server logs and see what exactly is causing the problem. Firewall shouldn't be blocking you after one failed attempt so I will check that setting also and get back to you.
