Webalizer/Awstats not updating?

My stats haven't updated since June 8th (It is now June 13th) Is anyone else having this problem and is this something I should submit a ticket for?

Looked up mine and they seem to be up-to-date. Yes, I suggest submitting a ticket for this, so support may look into it further for you. =)
