Nope -- billing and abuse are all routed to the correct ticket queue based on which company the customer has signed up with. You should never receive a billing notification from the HostDime desk.

Well I did then and I just got something suspended by them again.

I AM NOT WITH HOSTDIME!

I've been with Surpass with several different sites since 2003 that I know of and have NEVER EVER been suspended for anything and since they moved me to a new server b/c the old one was up and down, this has been happening with HostDime.

Now they disabled my wordpress mysql and has taken away my 2 year old blog that I write and make money with! Nothing illegal is going on with it!

Usually sites aren't suspended for being illegal. If you're running a blog it's very likely it was using too much cpu and causing the server to be slow.

Are you running a plugin like wp-super-cache? If you run that plugin it helps cut down a lot on cpu usage.

I honestly don't know and can't tell right now or even uninstall any plugins b/c if you go to my url below...it's an install page. They took away my database.

I just want to be moved to a server that is Surpass and not HostDime. If I wanted to be hosted with HostDime, I would have went there originally.

If this crap keeps happening, I might take everything somewhere else.

You are hosted with Surpass (a sister company of hostdime). Like removed said earlier in the thread, the abuse person probably just used the wrong email. servers that start with sh are surpass servers. so sh104 would be surpass.

The wp-super-cache plugin really works wonders. I suggest installing it once everything is sorted out.

Do you have a ticket in yet for this? You can let them know you'll install the plugin once it's back up if it was a resource issue. You may want to post the ticket number here as well in case staff sees it. Hopefully you're back up and running soon!

This is tech error partly but let me explain. You are on dime1000 which is a customer service server for cancel saves and clients with problems their shared server. We have some of these customer service servers with mixed clients, this is my fault as in the early stages of this customer service improvement both companies clients were placed on this platform to resolve clients issues.

The problem is with your site overusing resources Resource Abuse Policies by Surpass Hosting . I believe you have had problems with this in the past right? I am escalating your tickets and we will update you shortly. You have been with us since 2004 so please give us a chance to resolve these issues.

Well I'd like to be hosted on a surpass server with sh, because I'm tired of getting emails from a company that I'm not subscribed to or anything. Because it seems like surpass has no idea that anything is going on when HostDime does something.

The ticket for surpass is: FQU-626484
The HostDime is: CRQ-160838

What I don't get is my site doesn't get THAT many hits. The most I get in a day is 1000 maybe, which isn't much I don't think.

I'm just annoyed and this hit me on a bad day, which isn't anyone here's fault, just, blah.
