Question can't see my control panel!

I submitted a ticket but meanwhile I thought I asked if anyone's had the same problem. Here is what I wrote:

Something really weird is going on with my account and it started overnight. I log inand it apparently works but instead of getting my control panel I get a blank page. Completely white. I'm attaching a screen print so you can see what it does soon as it asks me for my name and password to log in.

Asyou can see in the red boxes I highlighted it seems as if I am logged in. This happened overnight as I was able to view my cpanel just the day before.

Oh and also could someone check why I haven't been able to log in using FTP? This problem also happened from one day to the next.
I haven't changed any settings or anything in my computer in months so I know that can't be it.
Thanks

and here is the print screen:

Yesterday around 4:00am I had a similar thing happen.. cPanel was just a blank white page; although, all my websites and such were working. Support had to restart the cpanel service apparently. Only took a few minutes for them to fix it.

This was most likely caused by some stuck processes after last night's major cPanel update. I'm glad support was able to get all of this squared away for you guys.
