Cancelation of Shared hosting?
OK, I know that I am supposed to go here to cancel the shared hosting.
Cancellation by Surpass Hosting The only problem is, I have two hosting accounts. They are both shared hosting accounts. I only want to cancel one of them. I want to cancel the hosting that I ordered for the domain "luckystarforum.info". I still want to keep my other hosting though. I have just used the domain for me and a friend to play around with. We don't actually have a website on it, so I don't see a reason to keep spending money on it. I just want to know, If i enter the form and say the domain is luckystarforum.info, will my other account also be canceled? I really don't want my other account affected because I am using that for a website and your hosting is awesome. So, can someone please assure me nothing will happen to my other account when I cancel? Also, if I do not have a Paypal address, is it OK if I leave that field blank? Thanks. |

What if both accounts are registered under my name?
So, you saying if I tell them to cancel the account associated with luckystarforum.info, they will only cancel that account and leave my other account alone? |

Yes, whichever shared plan you have that corresponds with the domain name you specify and cPanel username specified, that will be the only account canceled. They won't cancel every plan you have, don't worry. :-)
