Can we please have an update? This is the second MAJOR downtime in a little over a month. We can not have this, especially when you sell us dedicated servers because of the up time compared to shared hosting..

I got an email stating something about an outage at the data center, I thought that was supposed to "never happen again"?

Technology is not always perfect, things happen with routers and bandwidth connectivity, to where it can affect the datacentre/host big time.
