Pass30 Still down! Many hours now.

Yeah, been here ~six years on three different servers; Mango,Pass21 and now Pass30. This happens way too often. Maybe not the same issue but, the same result. No access. One of my sites had a charity auction planned for today too.

All 30 of my reseller accounts sites are down and the phone is ringing off the hook. I sure hope something is done to take the sting out this time, like a free month.

I'm in the exact same boat as you...30 clients are calling me...and have been since 9 am...it's now almost 2 PM... I've been with Surpass for 7 years as well...this is ridiculous.

Every time this happens I hope it is the last. If it wasn't so cheap, I would have jumped ship along time ago. I am now looking at these guys:

More expensive but, seemingly a good track record. I still need to do some more research though. Any experience with HostGator?

So this would explain why my site is down, I thought it was down because of to much traffic lol. I'm on shared, but don't know what server I'm on

Ive only been with surpass for a few months but I have had more than a hand full of problems I'm tired of there lack of response to issues I have. I cant access my site, my customers are having to email my personal account making it difficult to communicate since new customers and most old ones have no way to get that info, my pictures, banners, and adds posted on message boards and forums for my buisness are gone so I am loosing customers.
