I have the same issue on that server. Also email is very weird. I can get old email but it's not deleting from the server. I did manage to lodge a ticket though.

Question So ... what happened?

http://www.surmunity.com/announcemen...rk-issues.html

So there was a problem. Now it is fixed and all OK. That's great and all but shouldn't someone post in that thread above about the whole issue and let us know what happened?

I mean I was patient during the mess and didn't post because I thought that it is kind of irrelevant. You guys knew there was a problem and you posted about it so we knew that you were aware of it and that you were working your best on it. So I just stayed out of the way and let you work.

But now that it is all over and done with and everything is back to normal it would be nice to just post a little blurb on the bottom of the topic and fill us in as to what happened and why. And if anything is being done to avoid it happening again .. kind of thing. You know.

I agree. Even if they only would say that the generator blew up or something like that. Or there was an evil takeover by AOL.

I'm curious as well as to what the problem was. My friend's and my dedicated servers were apparently rebooted because of whatever happened.
