This is interesting to know. So do I understand correctly that I have to explicitly request for Surpass to check their uptime logs against when I say it was down, and if the amount of time is 99.4% or lower, I will receive the corresponding credit?
Just checking. I've never had any issues with prolonged outages, but it's good information to have in the event that it ever does occur. |
