I just uncheck the box for FPSE when I create new accounts in WHM because that prevents them from ever being created. I've had users ask me to remove them and I have because they just get in the way. I should make a list of all the other weird folders I have in my cPanel too because I'm sure I could delete some.. there's a bunch of random ones.
