Awstats - Cpanel
Heya, I've just been trying to view Awstats on Cpanel for my website, however I can only view some of the sites I have.
The domain in while I'm trying to view Awstats 'unpolitically-correct.co.uk', however this doesn't appear on my list, however, I can get a sub-domain 'mccodes.unpolitically-correct.co.uk'. Does anone know what I could do to make it so I can see the stats on the domain I want? Does that make any sence? Thanks ![]() Last edited by Kier.Booth; August 3rd, 2008 at 4:02 PM.. |

In the main section of cPanel, there should be a button for Statistics Software Configuration. Go there and make sure that AWStats is turned on for all the sites you'd like it to run for.
In my cPanel theme (X) I have two buttons for stats, one is for the main domain you have set for cPanel, and the other is for subdomain stats. You may need to look in both of these to find the stats if the domain you are looking for is your default for that cPanel account. Hope this helps! |

I would open a support ticket at the helpdesk (http://desk.surpasshosting.com) and explain the situation to them. Generally this page shows checkboxes to enable the stats for each site. Not sure why they would be locked..
