Farciert..Shared or Reseller

I've (a2zwww) been on farciert server for years, since 5 Nov 2002. Always had and probably will always have a reseller account. I'm also probably one of the longest Surpass customers around...I'll reach my 6th aniversary with Surpass only a month after theirs.

So why is farciert showing as shared hosting? It should be reseller hosting! Cause that's what I have; a reseller account.

Small issue I know but it bugs me.........

farciert was used for both shared and reseller accounts, back before we had separate servers in place for shared/reseller.

Having been around that long, they probably used that particular server for both duties when they didn't need a full fleet of servers specifically for resellers. What are the specs like on that server? You may want to consider moving to one of the newer reseller servers if it doesn't have all of the same hardware..
