Exclamation 1 person can't see my site? WTF?

Tuff-N-Uff FC - Home (shared surpass hosting)

For some reason 1 person can't connect to the site. THey can connect to other sites fine, the surpass site fine but not Tuff-N-Uff FC - Home.

Up until now they checked it frequently. The site is working for everyone but this 1 person on their home PC.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is and how it can be fixed? It is VERY important that this person can see the site.

He gets an error message about connecting to it every time he tries...

Perhaps their IP has been blocked due to failed login attempts? I'd suggest that you open a ticket at the help desk to see what kind of help they can provide to you for your user.

could also be a problem on their end, maybe their ISP has blocked the site?

I would ask that person to do a trace route (Start > Run > cmd; type "tracert YOURDOMAIN.COM" and press enter). This will help determine where the problem lies.
