Having some issues and now cant get into the support desk

we are gamersdailynews.com and we are on SH137.

I was speaking to someone about an issue with our database. Part of one got deleted by accident and our backup was correct.

So I wrote asking if surpass happened to have backups and how old. They responded and told me, but said they would wait until I responded before they would send me the backup. All of a sudden my database has been backup and all the stuff we did today is now gone. I just wanted one table within a database update. The story is longer but to make it quick

Im upset because they went ahead and did it before I could answer, and even in their response they said they would wait. I need help with this now, please.
