File Upload Size

I work at a signs company in Oviedo FL, and my boss wants to change hosting. I suggested you guys, I've been with you for many years and I've never had a problem. He really liked that you guys were located in Orlando. Locally. For whatever reason... (I don't think he gets web hosting very much). Anyways. When we re-do our website, which will be in Joomla. We will be using a file upload form for our customers to send us artwork.

I know the standard file size for surpass is 2M. But what is the max you goes can go to. With out getting VPS or Dedicated Hosting.

We were hoping 25MB - I mean obviously we would like way more. As we get files from Illustrator and Photoshop all the time. But I mean I don't think you guys will got to 100M thou eitheR.

Is that possible? I know how to go into the PHP.ini and edit it, just as long as Surpass could give me a copy of the file.

Hi Dubfreak

On our shared environments, our max upload file size is set to 50MB how ever we do have a execution time set for 30 seconds. If you upload will take longer than this, the script will automatically time out.

If you would like to see about getting this setting changed specifically for your account, please feel free to submit a ticket here and we will be happy to assist
