Five Hours and No Response

One of my databases was suspended because of spam. I received notification about it over five hours ago and replied asking how I could fix it but I've yet to hear a reply. I was pretty sure that I replied correctly but as the hours started to drag on I created another ticket in case I hadn't. That was over an hour ago and I haven't received a reply to that one either.

The ticket numbers are #ETA-338122 and #OXE-576136.

If you could please get back to me soon I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

I was able to see that your tickets were replied too and I apologize if there was an extended delay in doing so. Everything looks as if it was handled. If you have any other questions/concerns though, please let us know at your earliest conveniences so that we can help you out.
