Cancel hosting package
I have three hosting packages and I would like to cancel one. Anyone knows how to do this without affecting other two? So far I only found form which cancels whole account, which is not what I want.

Yes this form will only cancel one account and it will be manually reviewed by our accounting staff. Feel free to request confirmation and be sure to include additional points for clarification such as domain and user name.

I've tried that form several times and it doesn't work. I also tried to ask for a change of domain with your form and that didn't work either. Sending a support ticket is the best way, I've found.
