Good question. Someone with knowledge of the laws in the UK would need to comment on this. I did a quick Google search but couldn't find anything solid, although there are a lot of results for "UK sanctions against Iran."

I think because you are still doing business with a US based company who happens to have servers located in the UK, the US sanctions still apply.

Looks like there's only an arms embargo with Iran in the UK
Iran - BIS So as long as invoicing /payments are done in the UK through the reseller all should be fine.

Wonder what happens with a group of companies which run separate but belong to the same main as usually each subsiduary operates in the legal marketplace of the operating company and not the parent.
