hi. I from in iran, can i order host? ( i have a paypal acount!)

I don't see why not. Surpass does manually verify all orders to prevent fraud, but I don't believe you need to be Paypal verified. They host sites from all over the world

iran boycott from america, so this subject can't make problem for me or my website? exampel: surpass ban my web!

I'm afraid that United States law prevents us from providing service to Iran. If there were no such law, we would be happy to host your site, but as long as it is illegal to do so we cannot.

I'd assume not, since Surpass is still receiving the funds, thus doing business with them.
