Spam on my site / server / domain

Somone just told me he sees this on my site,

I don't see it though, and some other people I asked doen't see it either.
One guy told me it gets blocked as "porn" at his work.

What is happening?

I see a nifty graphic design site. It could possibly be your friends work settings. If you have an issue with more than one person getting blocked, please contact Support via a ticket in your Core profile.

I used longurl.org to see where those urls went and they both seem to be a webpage with a PNG image of some kind that had the titles (I did not actually go to those pages):

Those urls aren't in your page source now so not sure where they came from. Did you used to have some random image script or twitter widget or something on there. Anyway, seems fine now.
