My patience is about gone now...it started with email outages, generally around noon EST, about 2 weeks ago...then, Thursday, the outage lasted longer, so I opened a ticket (Ticket No. 546755) and have been going back and forth with support since that time (who have been wonderful in their attempts to help).
The problem was elevated to Level II....they scheduled a RAM upgrade for Sunday night, but, due to the fact that the server was basically useless all day Saturday, they moved the upgrade up to Saturday night. Sunday was a bit better, but, there were still patches of server uselessness throughout the day. It is now Monday and, while it isn't as bad as Saturday, the server remains unstable...
I am at my wits end here...my clients are sending me very hostile emails and I have nothing that I can tell them.
