    memcache or apc installation

are there any reseller server that has apc installed?
or is it possible for support team to install such packages?
i have a web site that works on a framework and thus it is slow. and I need some kind of apc or cache solutions on the server.
i do not think such packages will have disadvantages for other users but advantages as accelerating all our sites.

    can somebody give some information?
    thanks in advance...

We use eAccelerator on our servers. It is already installed on the server you are hosted on

    Thanks Mark.
I opened a ticket after my post here. And support told that it is already enabled. Yet we found that anyhow it was not enabled on my domain. Support located a php.ini file that enabled eaccelerator.
    We are all happy now

It is enabled by default unless you create a custom php.ini which did not include the directives for it. Please open up a ticket with your domain name and we can check on this for you.

A ticket will provide us with your account information and list of domains so that we can check that they are set up properly. The ticket will also let us keep all support documented in case it needs to be referenced in the future
