[Discuss] Surmunity Upgrade and New Look

We have a channel that used to be pretty busy, but no one uses it anymore. #surpass on efnet

It was always dead when I visited.

We may be doing the upgrade tonight or tomorrow.

It will definitely be a nice change and more fun to use Surmunity. I can't wait to see what you all think about it.

We'll also be picking back up on the Surpass newsletter in the next week or so, the forum should get a lot of attention and more activity during that time. We need more neighbors around here.

Where did my favorite button "New Posts" go? Is "Today's Posts" the replacement?

Also, some icons and smiles are showing as broken images.

The only thing I see that needs some work is the pagination stuff. It doesn't match with the rest of the community.

Another thing I noticed that is missing, is the "thanks" dealio. We are still going to have this right?

However, I could just be blind but I'm having a hard time finding the little indicator that tells me if posts are new or not.

edit: Also, from the new posts page. Can't find the button to "mark all as read" as previously

It looks fine but one thing I used to love was being able to click a button and see all new posts from all forums since the last time I visited. Now it appears as though I have to go to each forum to see each new post post. That I don't like at all. Is there a way to see only the new posts since the last time I visited?
