I have now the following limits:

    Storage 200000 MB
    Bandwidth 2000000MB

As I am planning storage of large pdfs, these limits may reallistically be achieved.
I would like to know, wether they are "true" in the sence, that account will not be blocked if usage is within them.

Or, if you have other storage/bandwidth criterea, regarding "bad" or "abuse" usage of hosting, would you please give any hints or guesses about what are those limits I would better not step over, so I could plan load of the site.

    Thank you.
    Andrey

    From the policy:

User agrees to only use shared hosting services for its intended applications. Misuses include scientific/grid/distributed computing, data warehouse/backup storage, or bandwidth sinks. SurpassHosting.com, LLC will be the sole arbiter to what is considered a misuse of service.

I can take a guess what "backup" is. What is a "warehouse"? If I want to store huge (200Mb) files (mostly pdfs) accessible from php script (and some will require passwords) this is a warehouse in my view. So I will have to move somewere.

I do not want to think that surpass that kind of "marketing" hosting which gives unrealistic promises coupled with vague limitations. .But before putting gigs of data on server I think it is fair desire to know site will not be banned. "warehouse clause" does not let me.

Ok, even if we take another view: What is not a warehouse? I do not know either. Internet IS a warehouse.

So, do I really have to move somewhere?

It really depends on the type of site and content that you will be hosting. If you can respond to your ticket and let us know what will be hosted, we can let you know if it falls within the TOS / AUP
