Unhappy phpBB : Critical Error-SQL Error

Okay, here's the deal...
For a while now, I have hosted (on Dime13) a person/company's forum. I went to the site, http://www.patduke.com/forum/
and got this info instead of the forum.

phpBB : Critical Error
Could not obtain lastvisit data from user table
DEBUG MODE
SQL Error : 1016 Can't open file: 'phpbb_users.MYI'. (errno: 145)
SELECT * FROM phpbb_users WHERE user_id = -1
Line : 62
File : /home/pduke/public_html/forum/includes/sessions.php

Now how can this be fixed?

Also all The Surpass links from the Surpass www come back with a "No Such Address" what's with THAT?
I can't even get to support

Try to access your DB thru phpMyAdmin .. is it working? if not contact support.

About the Surpass links ... they are moving their website. You can contact support by e-mail.

Okay...I was able to access the support link using Netscape, and was able to create a help ticket. Nine minutes later, David, from tech support, fixed the problem! Yay!
Thankfully, I personally didn't have to go through the DB using phpMyAdmin, because I know very little about such stuff (I'm more of a designer than a techType).... but thanks for the information and help, Einstein. Gee why does the previous sound so sarcastic? I don't mean it to be.... honest!
thanx,
-mike

This problem can be fixed without any support tickets by going to phpmyadmin, clicking on the database with the problem, ticking the table that is acting up and by repairing it.

This should fix it, it has happened to me a couple of times and that is how ive got it working again.
