Control Panel and email
I cannot access my email by any methods, it won't accept my user name and password
so I tried going to the control panel to reset the password to see if that would help and got this message..... Forbidden You don't have permission to access /cpanel on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. |

Join the club. This is happening all over. I would check your site and see if any files are missing.

The last responce was from "Aroop" and it read:
Hi, Now we have made the domain up in server. Please check it from your end. I wrote back say yes it is indeed up but all 11Gb of my files are missing and I cant access anything through CPANEL. FTP is up and down and no email. I havent heard anything since, and the ticket is still open. This reply was yesterday at 4am. You may want to post the ticket id here. That way, if an admin sees this, thay may go check it out.
