Need Help! Have Been Waitinf A Month Now!
Ok, I ordered my hosting plan for "heartfilledgifts.com" on November 23rd. 2 weeks later I STILL didn’t reaceive ANY information about the site like control panel ftp info or nothing! I emailed you on december 7th with this problem. You then emailed me on the 8th, the next day. I received 2 emails from you, a blank email, then an email with a checklist about my DNS. Well, I changed my dns, emailed you again on december 10th about the info for my ftp and control panel info, and STILL havent heard anything. It will be a month tomorrow that I still havent received ANY info! I better not have to pay for the month of december cause I DONT HAVE A SERVER! Please advise!

Did you get a welcome mail at all? If you did, try the server IP with your username. If that doesn't work, then you have a problem. If it does work, if could be a problem with using the wrong DNS settings. In either case, mail support again about the problem.
