What webmail do you have and use (ie Yahoo)? The reason is that it could be in your bulk/spam folder.

I have my own webmail from my domain (outlook express).

When signing up, I received the 2 e-mails like I should have, but the first one was blank: no title, no body. I assume this was the welcome e-mail.

Edit: Basically all I am asking for is my ftp/cpanel login & pass.

Already tried that. Nothing.

Edit: It sends my login for account management, which does not work for ftp/cpanel.

Also tried resetting password from cpanel page. It says an e-mail was sent, but it never comes.

go to http://my.surpasshosting.com like oc suggested, but click on the little image thing:

that should take you to a page that has your login name and password already typed into a box, just above a button that says "Access Cpanel". From there you can change your password, and set up ftp stuff.
