Cancelled account but no refund
I ordered hosting at the end of August, but then cancelled my account in October when I sold my domain name to someone.
Since then, I have not yet received a refund, but I'm not sure if the Lite packages allow for that, and when I clicked the link to the policies, I only got the information for the packages and nothing about refunds. When I go to the domain name, it just says the account is suspended and hasn't yet transferred to the buyer. But then I was also wondering if it's possible to uncancel my account again and just use a new domain name. I know I make things complicated, but any help would be greatly appreciated! |
