Support during the Holidays
Are there support people that are going to be at the DC throughout the holidays 24/7? I am just curious because I have an open ticket that the same thing was done by support in two hours yesterday and now today I unfortunatly need it done again and it has been 7.5 hours.
I finally got time to set up my new dedi and I go and do something stupid and waste the frist time I got to set it up. Pffff on me.Tracer

There are still support people working, but from what I understand, they are on a lower staff then the rest of the year.... because well, everyone, even those in the web support industry, needs a holiday.
With that, I do hope you get this cleared up soon. You can always bump your ticket incase it fell out of the queue.

The last reply by the 3rd Level support guy was 8 hours ago now and I bumped it 3 hours ago with no response. The situation is all my fault but it's not really my fault. lol. I hope they fix it soon too.
