I put in a ticket around 2:50-3pm with a billing issue and no one has responded yet. Would it be better to message an admin through here?

billing typically works Mon-Fri 9am 6pm eastern time USA.

Sometimes TEQ (kayla) takes care of stuff over the weekend, but no guarantees.

Did you receive a return email indicating that your ticket was properly received?
