Hi
I recieved an email about my account being at 86% disk usage but i have 10,000 MB space and have only used 86MB, i recieved this email from the email account i have.. and i recieved it on that account.. i didnt send it.. Is this a serious thing or is it like not an issue? BTW..here is the exact email.. "The account with the username 'acerbic', is running out of disk space. Please remove some files from this account, or ask the administrator to increase your disk quota. You have currently used 86.88% of your disk space." |

It looks like cPanel has had a glitch over your space, it's happened on one of my domains before too... You can contact support about this and they will check it out for you, and probably rerun quotas. It's not a serious thing, but something you should get cleared up through support regardless. Be sure to include your domain name, server, and any other useful information to them.

You have to contact support, and tell them exactly what you said in your first message, and include your domain name and server. They will do the rest of the work for you.

cPanel has quite a few bugs with disk space reporting. I wouldn't worry about it, but fire off an email to support and they will fix it.
Good luck! |
