Account Suspended

Hi guys,

When I visit my site it now says 'Account Suspended' I first emailed support on 13th Jan, but after a few emails it seems to be taking a while to get sorted. Apparently I have some malicious scrpits running from the /tmp directory on the server? Having never touched this directory I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience?

I have a Bronze reseller plan
