suspended account

hi. my domain name is dirtyashtray.com and is hosted on PASS. an email we received mentioned somewhere that gm-comments.cgi was taking 100% processor usage, but greymatter was uninstalled some time ago. so i'm not sure why that would be the problem. a ticket was opened by the other person that runs the site with me, and it was apparently bumped around to several different departments. i got wind that one of the admins specifically said not to unlock my account because this had happened in the past. i would like to get it unlocked, as i'm getting telephone calls telling me the site is down. We weren't spamming anyone, and the site isn't hosting any porn. in the event we went over on bandwidth, i would be more than happy to up my account. i constantly refer domains, and list my domain as the "how i heard about surpasshosting" when i'm registering their domain and setting up their hosting for them. a little help? anyone? admins?

Well, first I would go through all the folders of a recent back-up and double check to ensure the file is gone. If so, open a new ticket mentioning you've thoroughly checked through your last back-up and could not find the file anywhere. Also, ask them to locate the file in your account, and if they find it, remove it from the server. Otherwise, if you do locate the file, point them to the file and have them remove it.

Your account would not likely be suspended for hosting porn. And when you go over your bandwith limit, I'm fairly positive it report that as the error, not that the account is suspended.

Good luck.
